The CIT College Entrepreneurship Workshop was a valuable learning experience where I explored the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, business thinking, leadership, and innovation. The workshop helped me understand how ideas can be transformed into real-world businesses through proper planning, creativity, teamwork, and execution.

During this workshop, I learned important concepts such as startup mindset, problem-solving, business model basics, leadership skills, communication, teamwork, and innovation strategies. The sessions were interactive and practical, giving real exposure to how entrepreneurs think and how businesses are built from the ground up.

Along with the workshop, I actively participated in multiple events and competitions conducted at the college. These competitions tested my creativity, presentation skills, confidence, and problem-solving abilities. Through active participation, I gained hands-on experience, improved my public speaking, learned to work under pressure, and understood how to present ideas clearly and confidently.

I was also honored to receive awards and recognition for my participation and performance in various events and competitions. These achievements motivated me to improve further and strengthened my interest in entrepreneurship and leadership.
